But honestly, what really is a Real Estate Guru? The definition is correct, except there are some missing words… In my opinion, it is someone who is a master of all the different aspects of real estate… Not someone who only knows a few things in this amazing Real Estate game . …But, a true MasterMind understands the ART of investing in Real Estate.

It’s not about making an extra $1,000 or $10,000. But how can you earn a potential $1,000,000.00 in a year?

Let’s think about it: if you know how to make money doing one thing in Real Estate… That’s great… But, if you master all aspects of Real Estate, which are called the Big Seven, that’s even better.

1. Legal (inheritance and property sales)

2. Wholesale

3. Rehabilitation

4. Flip

5. Mentoring (Learning through the master’s degree in Real Estate Investment)
