AVOCADO, BANANA AND BERRY SMOOTHIE

You can add just about anything to a smoothie to enhance its flavor, such as honey, tofu, jams, any combination of fruit, peanut butter, juices, etc., but keep in mind that it will affect the nutritional values.

half a ripe avocado

1 to 1 1/2 frozen bananas

4 to 5 frozen or fresh strawberries

Sprinkle nonfat soy or other nut milk

pinch of cardamom

pinch of allspice

Anything else you fancy… Nuts, fruits, spices, etc. Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired texture is achieved.

I prefer it smooth, but some like a chewy drink. Very, very delicious! Serve: 1.

1 large avocado

2 teaspoons of condensed milk

1 cup of ice

Put the avocado in the blender.

Add 2 teaspoons of condensed milk or a little more, depending on how sweet you like it. Then add the ice and mix everything until it has a semi-creamy texture.

PEAR AND AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

1 large pear, chopped

1/2 cup green grapes

1/4 avocado

2 teaspoons of honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Mix and top with chopped walnuts.
