Children seem to have everything, what can I get my grandson for Christmas?

Kids seem to have everything these days and it can be hard to get something special and meaningful for your grandkids. In the age of Wii, Xbox and other computer games, iPods and battery-powered plastic things, buying a gift can be a bit daunting. But it doesn’t have to be that way, don’t go for the latest fad (and try to be cool), or you’ll be wrong, they’ll already have it, it’s already out of date, or the kids will. I love it for a total of 5 seconds!

Instead, take a step back and take a look at the simpler things, the classic toys and games we all played as kids. Maybe some things have changed but if you stick to the classics you should be wrong. One of those timeless classics is the Sock Monkey. A delightful plush toy that has been around for years and yet is still loved by children today. Many adults still have theirs from their childhood. They are a one-of-a-kind gift that can become an heirloom and have some meaning to your grandchild, perhaps even be something they will remember as something special given to them by their grandmother or grandfather. Sock Monkeys come in all shapes and sizes, but the classic style made with Rockford Red Heel Socks has a story to tell.

The great thing about Sock Monkeys is that kids of all ages love them, from toddlers to teens, they’re a bit funky and retro so older kids think they’re cool too.

So this year get something different, something special and unique that will stand the test of time and will also be loved by the grandchildren.
