4. Hiking – This is really effective and fun as it exposes you to lots of natural air which helps burn calories fast. It also exposes you to a lot of scenery which can also increase your motivation. It’s more fun because you can do different things depending on what you find during the course of the walk. Care must be taken to protect yourself and your hiking team from harsh weather conditions, traffic, or any other dangerous scenarios that are sometimes seen during the trek.

5. Dancing: This is a very effective and socially acceptable way to lose weight. Although it is aerobic exercise, dancing is one of those really fun activities that you always look forward to without feeling stressful at all.
