5. The best possible support is given to people, be it the employer or the employee who works on these platforms. You can contact the support team by email and get help shortly or in one day.

6. There is also a dispute resolution system that resolves problems between the client and the employee working for a specific project. It also depends on the nature of the complaint.

Since I have remained associated with Freelancer, I am in a better position to provide as much information as I can.

1. Account: it is free to create an account on the website. But there are also different plans with certain features that are priced differently. You can choose and cancel any of them at any time. Select the currency such as US Dollars or Indian Rupees etc.

2. Profile: You will be asked to create a profile in which you need to add some details about yourself. They include summary (objective), image, education, skills, publications, certifications, experience and work samples,

3. Account setup: add your home address, payment method, identity verification, and email verification.

4. Offer Proposal – Before applying for a job, you must add a proposal. Now, the proposal is divided into four or five parts. You must add information accordingly. Then click finish.

1. Prepare yourself: Ask yourself if you are really ready for it. I mean, will you feel comfortable doing freelance work or not?

3. Job application: Correctly complete the tender proposal. Don’t bid too high or too low. Always make an offer that is a bit low and provides a reasonable time frame.

4. Be honest – Be honest when hiring for a project. Answer customer questions honestly and do not overstate your skills at all. Maintain communication with the client on a daily basis. Update the client if necessary every day.

5. Deadline: Assume there is an emergency and there is a possibility that your project will be delayed, then notify your employer. You can request overtime or a day to complete the task. Your employer may agree with you. But don’t delay work without a genuine reason.

6. Quality: Always work efficiently to deliver quality work on time. When the project is completed, the client will give their opinion and a rating. It is important to have a good rating and reviews as it helps to build a positive reputation which is vital to attracting more customers in the future.

7. Jobs and Time: Look for jobs on a daily basis. The different works are published by seconds in different categories. Always bid on those for whom you have the necessary skills to complete projects. After placing an offer or offers, do not log out quickly. You must wait at least half an hour to an hour. Most likely, the client will approach you for the project. You may also be hired in just a few minutes.
