Koen Naert secures a personal half-marathon record for his first race in 5 months

Koen Naert took 4th place in the Dresden Half Marathon this Sunday in Germany. The European marathon champion, who was starting a race for the first time in five months, clocked 1:01:38, a new personal best which he improved by 4 seconds. The German Richard Ringer won in 1:01:33.

For his debut on the half marathon, Dieter Kersten, he finished 12th in 1:02:43.
