Description of the breed

The small to medium-sized Pembroke Welsh Corgi is a stocky, short-built sheepdog. They generally weigh between 22 and 26 pounds and are between 10 and 12 inches tall at the withers. Females are commonly between 10 and 12 inches tall at the withers and weigh between 22 and 24 pounds.

Coat

The Pembroke Welsh Corgi’s coat is double-coated. Its top coat is of medium length, thick and rough in texture, while its undercoat is short and weather resistant. Coat colors can be seen in sable, fawn, red, black, and tan, and they may also have white markings on the neck, chest, and legs.

Exercise
