To start PUA training, you have to start somewhere. The best place to start is with daytime play. Daytime game means picking up girls during the day. Now there are different rules for each different game, but this is by far the easiest game to implement. Now you would probably think that clubs and bars would be the best place to pick up girls. There are usually a lot of girls to talk to, but there is also loud music and less chance of you being able to talk to them one-on-one. There is also the fact that there are many men like you trying to talk to them, which makes this more difficult. During the day there are many women alone and many of them can also be easier to talk to. There are many benefits when it comes to picking up girls during the day.

1. You meet women where you naturally meet during the day, which means you have things in common from the beginning.

2. You are more likely to speak to them on their own. There are many women walking alone.

3. You don’t have an environment that works against you like bars do. In bars and clubs you have to fight against noise, crowds, drunks, music, haters, among other things.

4. Women are more likely to talk to you because they are more relaxed during the day.

There are plenty of women to drink, so approach them with confidence. Now in order for you to become a master in daytime game, you must be able to flirt girls during the day. You can start talking to all the girls you are interested in abroad, but sometimes it can be difficult if they are not around you. That is why it is better to locate the places where there are many girls.

Usually many men are left standing watching them go by the first few times when they try to do this. As long as you try, you will have progressed more than not trying at all, so take the opportunity. Daytime play is a good place to start, and some of your skills can help you improve your nighttime play.
