It’s no wonder this freely available pdf is now # 1 on the Amazon EFT list. Gary started EFT for all of us. It doesn’t matter how you found out about EFT. It came from here. Learn EFT from the original EFT teacher. A must read.

2. Five Easy Steps to Emotional Healing: The Last Self-Help Book You’ll Need by Gloria Arenson. (5 out of 5 stars)

A clear and concise extension of the basic EFT activities. If you haven’t been able to make EFT work for you. This may be just the bridge you need to start clearing up your own emotions. As it says, perhaps ‘the last self-help book you’ll ever need’. This is a very practical book. Happy Days

3.EFT for procrastination (EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques) by Gloria Arenson. (5 out of 5 stars)

Another Gloria book, this time only focuses on how to apply EFT to procrastination. If you are about to stop reading this book or procrastinate. Then this is the book for you. This is a small and compact book, that you can take with you and take out when you need it.

4.EFT for highly sensitive temperament (EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques) by Rue Hass. (5 out of 5 stars)

Perhaps the worst thing about this book is the title. I got confused about the highly sensitive temperament. Then he thought oh, she just means very sensitive. If you are very sensitive, this is a great addition to your EFT library. However, if you are ‘shy’, do you seek help and assistance?

5.Improve Your Eyesight With EFT: Emotional Release Techniques Using EFT Carol Look (5 out of 5 stars)

I have improved my eyesight before with hypnosis and it works wonders. It’s great to see your eyesight improve as an EFT application. As always, I am always impressed by the detail and encouragement of Carol’s tapping. She always seems to cover all her bases, leaving no stone unturned.

6.Freedom at Your Fingertips – Get Quick Physical and Emotional Relief with Innovative Tapping System by Ron Ball and Joseph Mercola (4.5 out of 5 stars)

7.EFT for PTSD (EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques) by Gary Craig. (4.5 out of 5 stars)

Perhaps this is where EFT has been used or shows its application the most. If you can watch any of Gary’s intro DVDs. This is where you will see the amazing power of EFT. Live recorded sessions with war veterans. This book is an excellent resource guide.
