WHO denounces widening inequality of access to vaccines: “Grotesque”

The inequality of access to vaccines against Covid-19 between rich and poor countries “is widening” and becoming “grotesque”, said Monday the director general of the World Health Organization (WHO).

“In January, I declared that the world was on the brink of catastrophic moral failure if urgent measures were not taken to ensure equitable distribution of anti-Covid vaccines.
