• You can access files from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection and you can have a regular backup of important files.

Disadvantages:

• There is always a risk that enterprise cloud solutions will not be available. This may be due to the service problem and with the Internet connection of the service provider.
• You may have some concerns about security and feel uncomfortable with some of your important information online.
• Using cloud services and solutions can be challenging. However, this problem can be solved by working on the process, as you can get used to the pattern of cloud computing and its applications.
