Are OBEs dangerous? The whole truth about terrifying out-of-body experiences

Are OBEs scary? Is it a lot of effort to get out of my body? What should I expect to experience once I do?

Can meditation help me have my first EFC? How do I know if my OBE is real…instead of a figment of my imagination or a byproduct of my wishful thinking?

The truth is, there is a growing community of people who are curious about having an OBE, and if you are a sincere seeker on the spiritual path, I don’t blame you one bit! The good news?

The OBE’s open a wide and wonderful window into a world that is difficult to describe, and for many of us, once you visit it, you never want to return.

The problem is that many people who “teach or preach” in spiritual communities, especially online, like to add a dramatic and dangerous touch to the experience that simply isn’t there.

Are you worried about having a scary out of body or astral projection experience?

Here are some simple things you need to know about having your first OBE.

1 – In the recorded history of spiritual experience, I have never come across ONE case of someone truly and authentically “not coming back” or dying as a consequence of the projection adventure.

Of course, some people have had a terrible time…and they may have had a heart attack or physical illness of one kind or another, and we can SPECULATE as to what happened that caused this kind of crisis or even death, but There is NO empirical evidence. proof that experience itself played a role.

2 – Authentic out of body experiences are, by their very nature, evidence that you CANNOT die. Or at least, you don’t die in the conventional or traditional sense in which the word is used. After all, if your spirit is separate from your physical self and you are traveling away from your body with sentience and awareness, even if your body dies, you don’t.

I find it ironic and a bit amusing that so many people are so afraid of dying while out of body, when it is the experience itself that PROVES that you are NOT your body in the first place.

The key takeaway?

There is nothing to worry about! Most spiritual experiences happen completely spontaneously and rarely do people report ANYTHING other than euphoria, inspiration and enlightenment. The same is true for planned or facilitated experiences, such as practicing “projection,” and the same will be true for you.

Remember-

The OBE, done correctly and from the right perspective, is an empowering exercise in freedom, fun, and the kind of phenomenal paradigm-shifting experience that is the antithesis of fear, not its embodiment.

Have fun and happy screening!
