One method that I would like to mention today is a very effective free method called content marketing. Also known as article marketing, this method requires constant work.

A simple plan to do this marketing technique is to write a single article per day and publish it to article databases. You can choose to publish up to 20 databases, but don’t use too many. Some of the popular article database websites are EzineArticles.com and goarticles.com. The important thing is that you must create your own unique items. This means you can write them yourself or have a ghostwriter do it for you. You should never copy and paste other people’s article.

Depending on what your business is, your article must be written with a related keyword to be detected by the search engine. The topic is also very important to have keywords in it. Then repeat the keywords several times in the body of the article, but not too many times.

So to do content marketing or article marketing, you have to write one article per day, post it on article database websites. So if you do this every day, within a month you will have 30 articles live on the internet. So the more you post the better, but remember the uniqueness of your content.

Another additional tactic you can add to your article marketing is to add some snippets or links on the social bookmarking website. The idea is to get as many links as possible that link to your website. So adding these snippets creates more links. Imagine you create on 5 social sites with 1 article, you can have 5 links linking to your website. If you have 30 articles, that’s 150 links.

So, that is the power of content or article marketing. It really is a good free method, but it requires a bit of effort on a daily basis.
