Designer Nils Holger Moormann: “I was never interested in size”

The designer Richard Lampert described him as an “entertainer of the furniture industry”. Because first of all, Nils Holger Moormann is one thing: refreshingly different. At 16 he ran away from home, studied law, gave up, met a hitchhiker on the autobahn who raved about the designs of the architect Andreas Weber, and in 1984 founded his own company completely penniless.
