Diagonale directors Höglinger and Schernhuber extended until 2023

The contracts of Diagonale directors Sebastian Höglinger and Peter Schernhuber have been extended until 2023, the festival announced on Tuesday. An extension to 2022 had already been decreed in the previous year, now a further year has been added “in order to maintain the continuity of the festival in the ongoing crisis situation,” it said. A new call for tenders is to take place in the early summer of 2022. The diagonal was moved from March to June 8th to 13th this year. (APA, March 23, 2021)
