Diet for six pack abs: a list of foods that will help you have flat abs

What is the best diet for ripped abs? What kind of food should you have in the house to get the best results? In addition to exercise, the types of food you eat can make the difference between succeeding or failing in achieving six pack abs.

The following is a partial list of some of the best foods to keep on hand. Remember, if you only stock up on healthy foods, then you won’t be tempted to eat all the junk.

  • Fresh vegetables and fruits: nothing beats fresh produce. Try to buy locally when the growing season is in full swing. The fresher, the better. Of course, in the off-season, you’ll need to shop on the shelf at your local supermarket.
  • Lean meats and fish: the best is chicken or turkey without skin. Venison is also a great choice. It is very low in fat and has no added hormones. Many fish are also excellent options. Try to eat fish twice a week or more.
  • Healthy Fats: There are actually sources of healthy fats. These include nuts, such as walnuts, walnuts and almonds, avocados, and coconut milk.
  • Eggs: A nutrient-dense option that actually increases good cholesterol.
  • Berries – Any kind will do. They can be added to yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal, to name a few.
  • Brown Rice – High in fiber.
  • Dark Chocolate – When I heard that dark chocolate is good for you, I did a dance for joy. It is one of my favorites and will satisfy your sweet tooth. However, do not overdo it. Just a few small pieces.
