Natural Detox – What is it?

To first define what natural detox is, we must first understand what detox is.

Detoxification (or “detoxification”) is a process of removing toxic substances from the body. Detoxification is one of the main functions of the liver, kidneys, and lower gastrointestinal tract.

In our polluted environment, many bodies simply become overloaded, and therefore, for many people, the body’s systems are unable to process these toxins as quickly as they are ingested or generated. The result is symptoms of toxicity. Many additional factors can affect a person, such as stress, unresolved emotional issues, or another illness such as HIV. All of these other factors affect the immune system, which is our body’s defense against disease.

Detoxification has been practiced by many to improve health. The good news is that you, too, can improve or protect your health by implementing a detoxification program. Detoxification is something that can be extremely beneficial to our health and longevity. By removing toxins and treating certain conditions, our systems can get back to working as they were intended.

Detoxification can also be done through the use of dialysis, chelation therapy, and other alternative methods.

  4. detox diet
  5. alternative detox

From there, Natural Detoxification is the detoxification process that does not involve drugs, pills or consumable supplements. Natural detoxifications may involve

  • alternative detox
