Rune Thorn = Equanimity

Equanimity means ‘equanimity of mind’. It means you are in control of your mind. It means that you are in control of the thoughts that you allow into your mind and the thoughts that originate within you.

Equanimity means that you are even-tempered and in control of your emotions and it doesn’t matter if you are a Viking warrior going into battle or a Viking warrior making love to his wife.

You are in control. Once upon a time, say over 1000 years ago, it was easy to take control of the thoughts that entered your mind.

The only thoughts the average Viking had to deal with were his own, his family, relatives, and neighbors. And most of these were harmonious with his way of life. No one deliberately thought of him or tried to force him to do something he might not want to do.

Until Christianity appeared. When the brown-hooded effeminate priests began to invade the northlands, they did not come with fire and sword. It is not a first that came later.

They came with foreign thoughts and beliefs. Thoughts that attacked the very fabric of the Viking way of life. These thoughts and beliefs attacked their religion and their gods.

And they did not transmit these insidious thoughts to the warriors. They hit on the woman and children first.

When the children began to verbalize the thoughts of the evil priests, the Viking warriors said ENOUGH! They took counsel in their great halls and decided that the only way to kill the serpent of religion and inharmonious thoughts that had invaded their homeland was to go to Europe and kill the serpent’s head.

Then the Viking raids began in earnest on the monasteries and churches. They killed the priests. Here his purpose was not plunder but the survival of his people and religion.

There is nothing more powerful than an idea that has been planted in the minds of innocent and unsuspecting children.

The same thing is happening today. The opportunity for any of us to achieve equanimity is very, very difficult.

Although we no longer have brown-robed priests invading our homes and corrupting the minds of our children, because they have already captured the minds of millions of our people, we do have other demons trying to take control of our minds.

There is corporate America and the dark underbelly of our government.

Both want to control us, force us to obey them and remain hypnotized (asleep). Corporate America wants control of our minds so that we consume, spending most of our time and money buying their products or working for money to satisfy the desires of our nature. Everyone creates a viscous cycle of debt, then tries to get out of debt, and then finds that we never seem to get out of it.

The dark side of our government wants us to obey! And accept! Every arbitrary law they pass. They do not want us to think or speak freely.

And now they have the power and the technology to push their agenda.

We are being irradiated and programmed with vibrational frequencies of thoughts 24/7. These thought frequencies that want us to think are broadcast to us with cell towers, ELF towers and Harp towers. The effect is so subtle that we are inclined to believe that many of these thoughts originate within ourselves. But they do not.

Millions of us have allowed corporate America and the dark side of government into our homes and heads through television, the Internet, and cell phones.

Our children are exposed to this invasion of equanimity 24/7.

The first and best thing we can do is throw out the TV!

Secondly, we as Northern Europeans have one of the most powerful tools in the Universe. The Runes! We have to use them now!

Rune Thorn is the Rune of Protection, physical, mental and emotional protection.

Use it! inspire it. Practice runic magic, runic whispering, runic yoga.

By doing these Rune exercises you will be filling your Aura with the protective energy of the Thorn Rune.

You will build a wall of protective energy around you, your family, etc. like Scotty does for the Enterprise spaceship in Star Trek.

Fight for your Mental Equanimity! No one can enter your mind. Remember the story of the witch. She cannot cross your threshold unless you first invite her in.
