Secrets to lose weight and lose fat

Do you defend yourself for losing weight? Do you wish there was a secret to fat loss? Chances are, you’ve been looking everywhere for the answers to your weight loss questions and you’ve probably been online for at least an hour looking. After all that, you’re ready to read something of real value… right?

Take a moment and think about all the “quick” weight loss solutions out there and how they always seem to fall short of the potential you’ve put into them. How much money have you spent on these kinds of infomercials?

In fact, it is absolutely offensive that these snake oil salesmen push you around with their products! On the other hand, they are so well combined! It really is a mind game and these companies play it very well.

Well, it’s time to move beyond the infomercials and fad diets to what’s real and what will get results, the realism of weight loss, abdominal reduction and fat burning. No stupid infomercial hosts, no weird or painful sounding methods, just the simple science behind the secret to losing fat.

Initially, we must address the main conviction of structuring your workouts. In order to spark fat loss, particularly from your stomach, you need to stop wasting so much time doing useless crunches and hoping to “reduce the spots” of your belly fat.

Spot reduction does not occur because fat loss AND weight loss occur in the body as a whole. Your body is not able to select where it would like to burn fat from.

You can never lose fat from your stomach by exercising just that area. You need to do something much more capable of burning full-body fat and that’s what we’ll discuss below!

Now, don’t be intimidated by my attack on abdominal exercises. I still believe that abdominal exercises are an important addition to any workout. The point that I would like you to correct is that abdominal exercises are great for strengthening the core area; however, they won’t give you the most calories for your money!

Alternatively, I like to focus on what I call the after-burn effect. You see, if you use multi-joint exercises like presses, pull-ups, and lunges, you’ll actually end up burning more fat off your stomach than using ab exercises!

After hearing some of the crap out there, I’m sure it might be hard for you to imagine this, but these types of exercises improve your body’s metabolic rate for up to 72 hours after you’ve exercised! So really, it’s almost like you’re working out non-stop!

If you do a strong workout consisting of these multi-joint exercises, you will get an incredible benefit. During this 48-72 hour period after exercise, your body will be flooded with fat-burning, muscle-building hormones!

So how do you do it? How do you achieve this sudden burst of fat burning hormones? Easy, use exercises like squats, lunges, deadlifts, presses, pulldowns AND your favorite ab exercises together. On the other hand, your main concern is with the exercises that are stronger and require more attention.

This boils down to taking meaningless rest periods and ignoring gossip from your gym friends. You have to be strong and powerful! Keep track of your rest times and tell your buddies to join you for lunch after your awesome fat burning workout!

Second, we need to eat to burn fat. In fact, your nutrition has the power to make you burn fat. Of course, the exact opposite is true, food can also be the cause of your fat gain just as easily. The key is to use science in your endeavor to determine what foods to eat to achieve fat loss.

By following the suggestions of fad diets, you will actually avoid burning fat. Imagine that. The same as all the fad diets claim that they cure, they really do help! If you follow the advice of low carb diets, soup diets, Amazonian diets, low fat diets, and calorie ratio diets, you will only end up getting fat because they don’t know the science behind fat loss.

The fact is that none of the fad diets really talk about the simple science behind burning fat. It’s actually very simple because it depends on your body’s hormonal balance being at a specific level. Basically, if your body doesn’t reach that hormonal balance, you don’t burn fat.

When you start to move away from fad diets and towards a practical fat burning program, you will find that losing weight happens mechanically. You have to get lean if your hormones are at their proper levels because hormones hold the master key to this process!

To be very precise, the secret to losing fat is very simple. Eat food and exercise using exercises that increase your body’s fat-burning hormone levels, while preventing your “fat-adding hormones.” It’s actually very simple, with a basic cause and effect scheme. One key to keep in mind, stay positive about your fat loss goals and remember to take it one day at a time!
