Stop Worrying So Much Using Brainwave Training

Why do you worry so much?

Worry is an annoyance. Work hard to make you feel uncomfortable and worried. It haunts you until you feel overwhelmed with anguish.

And most of the time, it’s totally useless.

It only hurts you.

Relentless fears and doubts paralyze you, suck the very life out of you, all of which have no redeeming value in your life.

Signs that worrying is getting the best of you

  • You can’t stop thinking about what seems to be a problem, which gives you great anxiety.
  • Your mind goes over and over each detail, trying to find a solution.
  • You worry in addition to worrying, that you will miss a response.
  • You think if you keep going through it, whatever you’re worried about, it won’t be so scary.
  • Your mind plays a game of what if? with you… changing the facts and the scene.
  • Worry releases stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline in excess.
  • Stress hormones flood the body and begin to change your well-being.
  • You start eating for comfort to take some of the worry off. Unfortunately, you will be eating foods that are high in carbohydrates and they will take away your blood sugar. You will be hungry no matter how much you eat. The more worried you are, the more you can eat.
  • Anxious thoughts are fueled by what you believe to be true, not necessarily what is true.
  • You see no solution to the trigger for your concern.
  • You feel that worry protects you, so it is perpetuated over and over again.
  • You may get irritated with others because they can’t see why it’s important for you to keep thinking about things.
  • You may be impatient with the result.
  • Worry affects your sleep. Either you will sleep too much or you will not sleep at all.
  • You can use worry as a reason to be irresponsible in other areas of your life. You’re too busy worrying about doing what you need to do, like having a relationship or taking care of your bills.
  • Your stomach acts and if you already have something like irritable bowel syndrome, you will feel worse when you are in a state of worry.
  • You will feel out of control, unless you are worried. You may feel that if you don’t worry, something even worse than the problem will happen.
  • You may experience depression because you cannot see your way through the problem.
  • You spend too much time in your head.

You have to stop worrying, you know, but focusing on the fact that you should stop worrying only reinforces your anxious thoughts.

Brainwave entrainment can free you from stuck thought patterns by changing the frequency of your brainwaves. Once out of that frequency, your mind will be better able to process your concern, from a different perspective, and your anxiety about it will lessen. From this new place, you will be able to find better solutions. You will be able to ask yourself if there is something you can do to solve your problem, and if there is not, come to accept it and let go.

If there is a solution, you will come up with one.

If the problem is false, you will also see it.

You don’t have to worry so much about things. Most of what you’re worried about isn’t even real.

Worry makes you old.

Stop worrying so much.
