Next, always buy a property whenever you can with extra money, even if the cash flow is poor or even negative. You may have a chance to sell the property at a profit if you or someone else takes a ‘Market’ card.

When buying businesses or property, if they cost more than you can afford, remember to factor in increased cash flow to see if it’s worth it. It may be worth just going around the rat race by doing very little for a few times to pay off the money borrowed from the bank to pay off that ‘Big Deal’.

The next point is important, but I see people ignoring it all the time.
