The Procedure for Making Basic Gelatin Jelly

1) To make 1 liter of jelly desert gel, you will need approximately 20 g (1 sachet) of Halal jelly. Soak the gelatin in about 700 ml of water (do not boil the water) and stir until swollen. 2) Simple task: –

Ingredients

1 envelope of Halal gelatin (6 teaspoons)

½ cup of hot water

2½ cups approximately. Flavored soy milk (any can be used)

Instructions

oAdd Halal gelatin to hot water and stir vigorously with a fork until dissolved.

o Combine the dissolved gelatin with flavored soy milk.

o Stir well. Form molds for small cups.

o Refrigerate until set.

You can always find a unique shape or love-shaped plastic container and make a love-shaped jelly and refrigerate until set. Try it. It is easy and simple. Something for you to practice.
