The Skinny Guy’s Workout

INTRODUCTION

Hard Gainers always aspire to have a great body, excellent physique and other characteristics to attract women. In the process, they leave no stone unturned and keep reading about health and bodybuilding, fitness magazines and more, but never really finding what they’re looking for. They follow everyone’s advice and work to the best of their ability but with no progress or results. This is because most bodybuilding training routines are not designed for skinny people. Here’s a routine I came up with, appropriately called the Skinny Guy Workout Routine.

EXERCISE ROUTINE

The following is the best workout routine for skinny men. This includes fewer workouts in favor of a few big ones, free-weight compound exercises, low-rep heavy lifting, mixing it up with different periods, and incorporating pulses.

One advantage skinny guys have is that even a small increase in muscle mass makes them look great and impressive. If you’re training 6 days a week, then you’re probably working too hard and don’t need to. In fact, this may be hurting you. In this way you are not allowing your body enough time to rest and fully recover. It should always be kept in mind that muscles are built during rest time and not when working out overnight in the gym.

3 full body workouts are enough for effective muscle growth. This also helps avoid the possibility of overtraining.

One should avoid machines and instead use free weights in bodybuilding workout routines. Free weight compound exercises have a greater range of motion and recruit several smaller muscles. This helps with better and stronger muscle movements overall. One must engage in squats, bench presses, and deadlifts.

With the help of compound dumbbells, one can lift heavy objects with low repetitions. One should do 6 to 8 repetitions with the highest weight you can. The student must change the exercises and training periodically so that the body adapts to unforeseen changes. Therefore, by sticking to controlled workouts, lean men can put on considerable weight in the days to come.
