Why my lactate threshold training is better than any other strength training system

It is a very simple training system. Consisting of using your body in space with simple counts. Music is optional. With each position and exercise, your focus is on alignment, form, breathing, rhythm, contraction, or relaxation. You can easily move and flow from one exercise to the next without wasting time or effort. Because it flows so well, you can do cardio or take designated breaks for controlled strength training.

Imagine that you can do an entire hour of cardio without getting on the boring and dreaded treadmill or elliptical machines. At the same time, you can tone and strengthen your core, as well as every other muscle in your body. Strength training and cardio all in one!

Since you are using your own body weight in different positions, you can dig deeper into the muscles to better sculpt and improve strength by holding positions, changing rhythms, or slightly altering positions. You are always in full control of the amount of energy you exert in each exercise. If you want to sculpt muscles more deeply, simply position yourself deeper in the exercise position. If you want to lighten the load, simply release the contraction at a more comfortable level of effort. You will learn specific breathing techniques that will help you hold more difficult positions, so that they are more tolerable.
Because you only use your body in space, there are no limitations to the positions or exercises you can do. You are limited only by your own imagination. You can work each and every muscle in your entire body at your maximum effort levels. There are no machines to waste time fixing and taking weights down or changing positions.

These exercises can be done anywhere with little to no equipment. You may want a little privacy, but if there is room for your body and oxygen available, you can do the exercise!

If you’ve ever used those gym machines, how do you think they translate to real-life, everyday activities or even sports? Maybe you get stronger? Maybe, but study after study has shown that training on traditional gym equipment doesn’t translate to daily functioning or improved athletic performance.

However, lactate threshold strength training does. You are painstakingly mimicking simple everyday movements and from those positions holding, breathing and correcting alignment and perfecting form. Thus, it fully translates into the everyday movements of life and living. Of course, you can also mimic your specific sports. Helping you make incredible gains in sports performance. Lactate threshold strength training also translates to postural awareness and correction. We all know that correcting your posture can make you look inches taller and years younger. Holding your body in specific positions without distractions or machines to support you challenges your postural habits so that you work them consciously with effort in each exercise challenge.

With the simple counting system I use, you can track your progress very easily. So easily, you really don’t need logs or complicated spreadsheets. Your earnings will be consistent, trackable, and highly measurable.

Weight machines and gym equipment often shape the body to look bulky, “like a gym body” where the parts don’t all seem to fit together. This is because in a gym environment the machines force you to work the muscles separately, isolated from the core and network of the whole body. Lactate threshold strength training integrates movements of the entire body and unites all parts in each exercise. Because you’re using all your muscles synergistically in a concentrated effort, pulling all your muscles into a dynamic reactive coil ready to jump into the next move or challenge. This creates long, lean muscles that flow just like training flows.

How’s the training going?

Usually, after the initial assessment, I discover people’s strengths and weaknesses and what I discover most is that people want a boost in their metabolism to burn fat. To burn fat, what I want to do is target all the biggest muscles in the body. What are the legs and of course the gluteus maximus… the largest of all. So to make sure I get that metabolic boost, I’ll spend the first half hour of the session on legs and glutes. Ladies, don’t worry, your legs won’t grow with all the leg work because we don’t use weight but your own body weight, with lots of isometrics and reps. I should also add that you will see significant gains in flexibility because you always go deeper into positions as you get stronger. Because you don’t have machines supporting you with just your body in space, you’ll get significant core work just by holding on and keeping your balance without something to lean on.

The half hour nest covers the chest, back, shoulders, and arms, but remember that with each exercise, every part of the body is connected and working for thermogenesis and overall strength and coordination. Abs are the latest thing and they don’t take long because they have been working all along, now it’s just a final process of carving some more. The stretch at the end feels good and sets you up to relax and have energy for the rest of the day. It’s time to start a smart exercise program, so sign up today and make your body beautiful!
