Xyngular: Why are top leaders leaving Xyngular?

Whether or not you’re into network marketing, the health and wellness company known as Xyngular is blazing a trail in the home-based business industry. They have hundreds and hundreds of financial success stories, along with success stories about people who have lost a ton of weight using their product line.

So why would the top earners at Xyngular leave behind that nice residual income they’ve built up, just to promote a new deal? I’ve heard several stories on the web, and even at some local chamber of commerce trade shows, where successful Xyngular leaders told me they were leaving the opportunity.

Are Top Revenue Earners Leaving Xyngular?

Here’s what I know: Top earners as well as beginning distributors leave their network marketing companies all the time, however, it’s nothing new, it’s like getting a new job. If you think a new employer will pay you better, give you more benefits, or give you more time freedom, why not change jobs?

All of these home business advocates get excited when they hear about the next best thing. Like a company that offers you a lime green Ferrari when you reach the top rank! Or a free trip to Bora Bora for the rest of your life once you reach ‘Diamond’ in the company. Silly things like this have lured top earners at Xyngular and thousands of other home-based businesses to jump ship quickly.

So why are leaders leaving Xyngular?

Here’s my take on it: Internet.

You see, Xyngular distributors turn to search engines for information on how to quickly boost their Xyngular business. They found tons of helpful blog posts, articles, and videos, all from attraction marketing experts around the world. Now they finally know the “secret” that their mentor Xyngular just didn’t show them.

So instead of recruiting people for their Xyngular business and products, they take what they learned from these attraction marketers and start promoting affiliate products like NMVT, MLSP, or Empower Network. When this happens, they’ll make a quick $1,000 and be like wow! I have never made that kind of money in all my time at Xyngular! I am now going to become a full time affiliate marketer!

Although the gurus seem to believe that there is some kind of long-term residual income with affiliate marketing, I strongly disagree. I would easily prefer the long-term residuals you would get from a basic one-tier or hybrid binary compensation plan, through a traditional home-based business with tangible or consumable products, etc. instead of marketing training.

These training products are necessary to expand your knowledge and the value you have to offer to your prospects and teammates, the purpose you need to stay Focused on your company, ONE COMPANY… and build that thing up to a brand of a billion dollars no matter what. . That’s where you’ll get filthy rich, my friends.
