You are the star of the movie of your own life! How to create powerful roles for yourself!

You are the star of your own movie!

You are also the writer, the director, and the producer. Why not create wonderful papers for yourself?

Are you creating roles that are too small for you? Are you acting in someone else’s movie?

In my early years I acted in roles that were assigned and created for others. I forced myself to take on roles in the hope that the result would be great. I thought that doing, being, and acting the way others felt was “right” would help me fit in better. Not only did that not happen, I started hating my life! The truth is that I did not always know what I wanted, so it was easier for me to play the role.

Fast forward … today, using my intuition, instinct and an incredible connection with my spirit guides, I am following the guidance that supports me in the most amazing role of my life … living my life purpose! I create roles for myself that push me to grow, honor my soul purpose, and celebrate my spirit. This is the role that is the center of my joy, great friendships, love and peace.

What roles are you creating that are not aligned with your soul purpose?

You’ll start to recognize these roles because they won’t feel good, you’ll feel like you’re on a treadmill going nowhere, and probably won’t have much fun either.

Here are three 10-minute tips to help you create better roles for yourself.

  1. Meditation – I know you’ve heard it before, meditation has great benefits. But you really must. Start slow with just 10 minutes a day. Sit quietly and focus your attention on a happy moment or event in your life. From this place, ask a question. “What should my next commercial product be?” or “What should the title of my book be?” Listen to the response throughout your day. Notice what appears. You can read an email that may trigger the message or perhaps a billboard while driving down the street may have the answer. Ten minutes a day will have a great impact.
  2. Journal – I am sure you have also heard of the benefits of journaling. It’s true; Keeping a journal can help you tap into your inner guidance. Taking 10 minutes a day to write your feelings, dreams, ideas, and challenges in a journal will help you receive divine guidance for your most challenging decisions.
  3. Gratitude: being grateful for what you have allows you to receive more. Take a moment each day to express gratitude for what you have, for who you are, and for the people who inspire and love you. By spending just 10 minutes a day expressing gratitude, you will notice a major change. Your inner guidance will quicken to help you receive more of what brings you joy and more of what you desire.

With just 30 minutes out of your day, you’ll start creating dynamic, soul-satisfying roles for yourself. Become the star of your own movie and win the “Happy Soul Award”, my equivalent of an Oscar!
