The answer to this question is a bit complicated. In short, it depends on who you are marrying and where you live. To get married in Nevada, both parties must be 18 years or older (if you are 16 or 17, you need parental consent signed by one parent and presented with the application). Both of you must also have a valid government-issued ID to prove your identity.

You can preregister for a marriage license online up to 60 days prior to the date you plan on getting married.
