How to use webinars to wow your customers – Part 1

There are so many great ways you can use a webinar to attract new clients and continue to build your relationship with existing clients. In this article, I’m going to talk about how to use webinars to do a lot of things online.

Obviously you can make money. You can sell information, sell products, and sell services. Another thing you can do with a webinar is create a product. A webinar can result in the creation of four products at the same time. We talked about that in a previous article. You can turn your webinar into a video, audio CD, a transcript that you can turn into an eBook, and a PowerPoint presentation that you can turn into a workbook.

You can take a video and make a whole home study course by turning your video into three or four smaller, more digestible videos. For a home study course like this, you can charge $297, $397, $497 or even more! Price is very elastic when it comes to information products.

Another great idea is how to use a webinar to create an advanced version of your product. Or update an existing product. Or you can survey your previous product owners and then think about what they want next. A webinar can be a great excuse to reconnect with existing customers.

Imagine you have a dental office. Well, host a webinar on the top ten things people are doing that are ruining their teeth! You can reconnect with those existing clients. You will see a huge increase in the number of appointments made after your webinar, because dental hygiene is now at the forefront of their minds. It’s a great reminder for the guy who’s been putting off fixing that broken tooth, etc. They will just be shocked and amazed that their dentist is in front of them, showing them things in a webinar. You will become the reference boy.

Webinars are just a fantastic excuse to reconnect with existing customers and gain new ones. Use some of these strategies to grow your customer base today. We’ll discuss even simpler strategies on how to use webinars in another article.
