Seventeen months, it has been seventeen months since Ryad Merhy is no longer in a ring for an official fight. This Saturday, during the Boxing Night gala held behind closed doors at the Dôme de Charleroi, the one who became WBA regular champion last January, will enjoy this pleasure again.
Not for an official fight (his performance will not appear on his record) but for a demonstration fight against Youri “El Toro” Kalenga who must serve as a big preparation before his title defense against Yuniel Dorticos scheduled for June next.
