So what is SEO search engine optimization?

What is a search engine optimization SEO and what does it do? Do the major search engines recommend working with SEO or do they recommend you do it yourself? I contacted Google and asked myself that question. What customer support is saying is that you can do the same things that the big SEO companies are doing for hundreds of dollars, for just a little bit of computer time doing the same thing that they are doing. They are entering your information, through a bot, and submitting the information for you. The companies that offer the optimization say that they are making your site compatible with Google. They also say they can guarantee a top 10 list and that is far from the truth. No one can guarantee a number 1 ranking on Google or any other major search engine. Several of the SEO companies, agencies and consultants provide excellent services to website owners. They will give you advice on how your site should be set up and help you find good and correct directories where your site should or can be submitted. However, some of the few unethical SEOs have given the SEO and internet optimization industry a really bad black eye. Some of these SEO companies are very aggressive with most of their marketing strategies. That is why they are in business to sell you more. If you don’t know how to do the service yourself, then they have you by the nose. They will try anything to get you to spend more money elsewhere in your business, all for the big buck. They may offer you other elements that may or may not help your site at all. If you are not careful, they will make you believe that you have a much better listing by manipulating search engine results, sending you to a fake page.

Does Google work with SEO’s?

Google does not have a working relationship with SEO and does not offer any recommendations. I have some tips that can help you decide or determine for yourself between an SEO that will help improve your page or site and one that will only increase your chances of being delisted from most major search engines. results altogether. Wow, that wouldn’t be good, would it? You better beware of SEOs who claim they can get you a guaranteed ranking. There are some who will relieve that they have a “special relationship” with Google, Yahoo or any other major search engine, or they will show or tell you that they have “priority submission” to Google. There is absolutely no priority shipping for Google. The only way you can submit a web page or a site whatever you want to call it is to go to Google directly and use your page to add url or submit the page and do it manually, or you can use the webmaster tools on the settings page and you can do it yourself at no cost. You can buy software on the internet and use the same bot they use and do it a little faster.

Make sure you are financially and legally protected.

Don’t panic or be afraid to ask for your money back if you are not satisfied with the SEO performance of your search engine optimizations. Make sure you have all the information in writing which will include the price you are being charged and what they are going to do for you. Make sure the contract also requires SEO to stay within the guidelines that you and the company have discussed in order for your site or sites to be listed on major search engines across the country or even the world, whatever you prefer. If in doubt, be sure to say no thanks and walk away or hit the X in the top right corner and don’t hit submit your credit card information.

Do some research on your own about the SEO you are looking to use if that is what you decide to do. Her are a few things to check:

Do they own shady domains? Do you offer your links to other listings or door pages? Are they trying to sell you keywords to put in your address bar? That they don’t distinguish between search results and ads? Do they operate under different aliases? Do they get traffic from spyware, adware, scumware, or any other type of malicious act? Have they pulled domains from Google, Yahoo or other major search engines?

Here are some facts that will help you do the optimization yourself.
