1. List Builders: These companies have compiled a very large database of email addresses of people who have agreed to receive email from other members. You will be able to present your business opportunity to thousands of potential prospects who are involved in network marketing. You may want to set up a new email account to receive emails from other group members. Joe’s list is good. Some of these are free to join, but the value is in the upgrade. You still need to shop around for prices that fit your budget.

2. Free Classified Ads – If you search the internet, you can find many places where you can place free classified ads to market your business. Craigslist is a popular site where you can advertise for free. When you place your ad, make sure your ad has a lot of good keywords in the headline and body of your ad.

3. Direct Matches – This is a social networking site like MySpace. The difference is that Direct Matches is more geared towards the network marketer. One of the biggest mistakes I see on sites like these is that everyone is pushing their business opportunity and trying to sell you. You don’t want to have this approach. You are there to make contacts. Visit the sites of other members, make a good comment and invite them to visit your site. Don’t try to sell!

4. Referral Link – This is a traffic exchange site. You can get other people who are members of this site to see your business. Basically, you can sign up for free and when you view other members’ ads, you’ll earn credit that will help your ad rank higher in search rankings. This is not the most targeted traffic, but you will get great exposure. Personally, I have an ad that has received over 200 views this month.

5. Video Marketing – YouTube is an absolute monster! If you want the leads to flow in, you need to start posting videos of your business opportunity on YouTube. Any successful online marketer is using this marketing strategy and it’s FREE! Millions of people around the world tune into YouTube on a daily basis. Do you see the potential?
