Torun, a not so watertight bubble: “The organizers did not enforce the protocol well”

Since Monday, a week after the return of the various delegations present at the European Championships in Torun, each country has been doing its accounts in order to establish the number of positive tests for the coronavirus. As the incubation period is variable, the figures are not final. But there are already more than 50 positive cases distributed in eight countries: Italy (15), Great Britain (9), the Netherlands (8), Germany (7), France (6), Ukraine (2) and Ireland (1) joined Poland, the host country whose 4x400m relay had withdrawn following several positive tests.
