Weight loss with Acai with fruits and vegetables from the Bible!

Acai and the Bible? No way! Don’t all get religious with me! We’ve heard all those things from the Bible before. Expect! Waiting! This is not a preaching session. This is a useful experience lesson for all humans today. Also, what exactly is wrong with examining the Bible anyway? it’s fine. Well, this is the situation. Remember when centuries ago in biblical history the Israelites were plundered and taken captive by the world power of that day?

(Background to side note: Their God, Jehovah, allowed them to be taken into captivity because of their selfishness, immorality, infidelity, and misguided course toward the false religions that flourished in the surrounding pagan lands in the area. This was their punishment for deviate from exclusive devotion to their God whom they promised to worship only, and follow and obey his laws at that time.)

The biblical account we are referring to is about Daniel and his three faithful companions while they were in captivity. Daniel and his classmates were found to be highly intelligent and worthy of training and education in the foreign culture.

Therefore, they were invoked in the royal family and were treated like royalty even eating together with the royal house of the Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar.

The provisions of the king of Babylon, however, presented a challenge to the four young Hebrews. Certainly dietary restrictions were not of great concern to the royal house of the Babylonian king. So they asked for a diet of vegetables and water, and it was granted. (Daniel 1:9-14)

At the end of the ten-day trial of vegetables and water, Daniel and his three companions looked healthier and better than all the other people who ate the King’s delicacies at his royal table.

Well, what does that tell us today? Fruits and vegetables are better for our health.

There are many reasons for the epidemic overweight condition throughout the world today. Here are the most obvious causes.

1. Just think that just a few years ago, cattle, free-range pigs, chickens, and livestock in general ate off the land. Today we have become accustomed to cattle inflated with hormones, antibiotics, and fed a variety of feed additives. This has damaged our overall health.

2. In addition, we have fast food availability all over the world. Juicy burgers, fries, chicken wings, etc. etc. ready to use. Eat in; drive-in, takeaway. Are fast foods good for you? NO! Are fast foods delicious? YES! Are fast foods good for you? NO!

3. Just think of all the processed foods (junk foods) available at your local grocery store. All of these modern food conveniences are adding weight today.

Those realities from above no longer alarm us. We push the dangers to the back of our minds. However, the results are increasingly showing in overweight, obese and morbidly obese people. Look at our young people attending the school. In the young and tender years, children are moving into the ranks of the obese.

The Bible shows the benefits of vegetables as a main food and meats as a secondary food. Follow this system and you won’t have to fight excess weight. (Excess fat) Remember that you are not overweight, you have excess fat. The Acai berry is a fruit that grows naturally in tropical rain forests. Acai berry has been extremely helpful in correcting the metabolic function of the human body. Acai has many additional wonderful attributes for healthy living.
