The amazing “chair” pose can be done anywhere

I love this one, I try to do it every time I have to wait for something, even if it’s at a doctor’s appointment or picking up a family member somewhere. You can even do it at work!

Stand with your heels against any flat wall, with your back lightly touching it. Slide down the wall, as if you were sitting in a chair, until your thighs are perfectly level with the floor (parallel lines, where your thighs are at the same angle as the flat floor below).

You are now sitting in an imaginary chair, one that answers the question of how to tone your thighs, and while the first few seconds will be easy, it won’t be long until you think “this is hard.”

Try to hold the position for at least 30 seconds, then get up, walk around a bit, and repeat a second time. At the end of the second sitting in your simulation chair, you will feel the burning in your thighs that equates to almost 15 minutes on a rock climber … it is amazing and an amazing way to tone your thighs!
