To make spring 2021 a very unique one, here is the garden checklist.

1. Loosen the soil
So that the winter moisture remains in the soil, the surface should now be loosened slightly. This limits evaporation. This applies to both the vegetable beds and the perennial beds. Be very careful when loosening so that the small shoots are not damaged. Then immediately apply a thin layer of compost.
