The body needs to retrain when coming off the Master Cleanse diet

The same goes for reintroducing solid foods into your eating plan.

Just as the body needs to be prepared to subsist on a liquid diet instead of solid foods to begin the diet, it must also be prepared to stop receiving only liquids and relearn how to absorb normal food again.
