Girls have it much harder than boys. If you look at the cover of every magazine, there is a flawless woman flaunting her stuff. The worst thing is that the magazines alter the images to make the girls look more perfect. This causes girls to have a distorted body image. What I want to talk about is weight loss for adolescent girls. There are timeless principles in weight loss that young women should follow. The main ingredient in weight loss for teenage girls should be consistency. Girls need to follow the advice for a few months and they will be astonished with the results they get. Here’s a list of things girls should do to lose weight: Drink at least 70 ounces of water a day, don’t eat after 7 p.m. some form of cardio exercise and last but not least, stay away from fast and processed foods.

It is very important that young women learn early that simply by exercising and eating healthy they will never have to worry about their weight. Weight loss for teen girls is as simple as making a little exercise and eating healthy every day a priority. So when they want to cheat and eat ice cream with the girls or eat a pizza they can do it without feeling guilty.
