I looked at some of the sample exercises and decided to give it a try. Just so you know, I’m 5’10” and 310 pounds, and I have no problem using this machine and keeping my feet or arms on the pedals. As I mentioned before, the pedals move extremely smoothly and the resistance can be adjusted quickly. .turning a small knob on the base.Not only did I feel comfortable using the Xiser Mini Step Machine, but I also enjoyed my workout.For being that big, I’m actually quite muscular and this still gives me a great workout.

In short, it is worth every penny and I would recommend it to anyone.
